Scott is a Toronto-hailing, Vancouver-based designer and technical director for theatre. He is a member of Aenigma Theatre and has designed for multiple shows including The Turn of the Screw, The How And The Why, COPENHAGEN, Dying City and The Zoo Story. Other select theatre credits include Late Company (Touchstone Theatre), Bakersfield Mist (Arts Club), The Duchess AKA Wallis Simpson (Ruby Slippers), and Foreign Radical (Theatre Conspiracy).

The last decade of Scott's experience has been in educational theatre. Most recently at St. George's School in Vancouver, and previously at Mulgrave School in West Vancouver, Scott has been guiding students from prekindergarten through to Grade 12 as they explore, integrate and embrace all elements of technical theatre. He has created workshops for young students to introduce them to using imagination in drama, trained students from grades 6-12 in elements of set construction, light hanging, focusing & programming and sound and video operation, and has taught units and courses in theatre production in the BC Grade 10-12 curriculum.
As a skilled audio-visual technican, Scott worked at Clark's Audio Visual Services at the Senior Technical Supervisor, leading crews on site and delivering high quality events in consultation with clients.
Scott holds a BFA in Design & Theatre Production from UBC and has received two Jessie nominations for sound design and an Ovation nomination for lighting design. Production design and technical direction highlights include Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Neverending Story (St. George's School), The IT and Concord Floral (Mulgrave School).
